card information) will also be retained with Macways.com
for customer service purposes, which can be used to inform
customers about new products, services, promotions, games
and competitions that Macways.com will launch from time
to time.
With respect to the customer's privacy, we take this matter
very seriously to ensure that none of your privacy rights
are violated. We have taken every consideration to protect
your privacy, while providing you with a great online shopping

For Domestic (Thailand) Shipping:
Macways.com delivers products via Express Mail Service (Delivery
Lead-Time: 2- 3 business days from shipping date)
For International Shipping:
Macways delivers products via Express Mail Service (Delivery
Lead Time: 3- 4 business days from shipping date, a minimum
of an additional 24 hours may be incurred due to customs
clearance requirements)
Customers are responsible for any customs or taxes imposed
on foreign orders.
Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business
days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays)
Return Policy
Macways.com takes great care in maintaining total
customer satisfaction and retaining customer loyalty.
Should there be an inadvertent error made on our part,
we will do all the necessary adjustments and/or replacements
and reship the order to the client, at no extra cost to
the customer. If the customer has sent us the wrong measurements
and would like to make some alterations, we will do the
adjustments at no obligation on the customer's part, except
that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping
and handling. An order having been placed cannot be cancelled.
This is because once an order is placed, Macways.com sources
the appropriate fabrics and places orders for these with
suppliers. Under our terms with our suppliers, fabrics
once ordered cannot be cancelled as the materials are
cut as soon as ordered. In the case where a customer would
like to make some changes to the styles, type of fabric
or colors chosen, after placing an order, the status of
the order will have to be checked by Macways.com prior
to confirming the changes. It would undoubtedly be a priority
for us to try and incorporate any changes that are made
post ordering to the best of our abilities. For more specific
